Shotgunning a latte and just finished an English muffin with almond butter. Off to catch the #17 to UBC in about 30 minutes. Weather is horrible; wearing my fleece lined running tights, a couple of layers and then a waterpoof vest to top it off. There is a rainfall warning and it is 6 degrees. Will be a cold 21k.
